JEHOVAH-JIREH "The Lord will Provide."
"For we are glad when we are weak, and You are strong."
The Soaring for Christ Cherokees got thrown into action earlier than expected this year. Due to some maintenance issues on Kako’s planes, we had to fill the gap for the Kako Family Camp. This involved Jeff flying the blue Cherokee and Billy flying the white Cherokee for over 80 flight hours, covering 7,000 air miles, 100 flights, and 220 passengers.
We are thankful the Lord provided safe travels and strong running aircraft. Prayers are appreciated as we get the planes ready for Kokrine Hills Bible Camp.
"It shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be your slave, even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Matthew 20:26-28 ESV

We are thankful our whole family was able to come and serve at Kako Family Camp this year. The camp required a lot of flying, cleaning, washing dishes, fellowship, and praising the Lord.
“I was glad when they said to me, "Let us go to the house of the Lord!"”
Psalm 122:1 ESV
The hard-working pit crew washed and waxed “The Word” and “The Way” in preparation for KHBC!
The GCA team is installing an engine monitor in “The Way” (formerly known as the White Cherokee ), and a fuel flow meter was installed prior to Kako flying.
Both Cherokees have had an oil change, and The Way had a new crankcase o-ring and the propeller serviced with new grease. We appreciate all the help because many hands make light work!
