Can you sponsor a kid for Bible Camp?
Food, gas, and pretty much everything else is extremely expensive in the villages, making it hard for many families to afford the $400 fee to get their kids to camp. That's why this year, Soaring for Christ is sponsoring kids so they can attend Kokrine Hills Bible Camp. And you can help out as well!
To do a 25% scholarship for a kid is $100. So if you want to forgo lattes for the next month and send in $100, that would help get some more students to Kokrine Hills Bible Camp.
If you already support our ministry, you can send us an extra donation the way you normally would. And if you do not already support Soaring for Christ, you can visit our website's donate page (soaringforchrist.org/donate) and make a special donation through the mail or online.
After you donate, make sure to message Jeff at 513-335-9347 and tell him how much you donated to sponsor kids. That way he can allot those funds for sponsorships and immediately tell the camp director, Joey, how many kids we can sponsor so he can let parents know.
Also if you are planning to sponsor a child, it would be most helpful if you could do that in the next three days or two weeks tops. Bible Camp has already started and will end next month.
